We are committed to the health, safety & wellbeing of our patients, associates and physicians. As the country begins to reopen and elective procedures are again permissible pending local regulations, we have instituted the following practices and procedures to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our facility.
We have adopted the recommendations of the CDC and state department of health to protect our patients and staff during this pandemic. We are also in constant contact with our health system partners to share best practices and collaborate in emergency preparedness and business continuity planning. We are currently ONLY seeing patients that are presumed COVID-19 free and/or are not showing any symptoms of the virus.
Any patient with fever, flu-like symptoms, cough, diarrhea, sudden loss of smell or taste, or shortness of breath should remain at home and not visit our facility. Also, any patient who has had any contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 patient should cancel their appointment and remain home and quarantine per CDC recommendations.
We will be screening patients at check-in, and temperatures will be taken digitally. We kindly ask that you wear a mask while inside our building for the protection of our staff and other patients. We will continue to maintain social distancing in our waiting area(s) and patients are welcome to wait in their vehicles after check-in screening.
Please note that no family or friends may accompany patients into our facilities for appointments, with the exception of any patient who has a disability. Guests will not be permitted into our waiting room or clinical areas. If you need a ride to your appointment, your driver will not be able to join you inside the facility. We will happily phone or text your driver upon the completion of your appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate current conditions in the best interest of the health and safety of all. If you have any questions on this policy, please reach out directly to our office.
